Our restaurant opened in June 2006 and has been a great success. Dine in the wonderfully atmospheric cloisters in the summer , Tom Sleigh, our chef, cooks great food using superb local and seasonal ingredients.
The chef proposes a five course degustation menu at €64 pp. This year the restaurant will be open four days a week. (See details below.) For the residents of the château we propose an elaborate buffet (€30pp) the evenings the restaurant is closed. For special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties, we can cater for up to 70 people in the cloisters and 20 people in the dining room. We also have the Old Monks Kitchen for a more informal rustic experience for up to 25 people.
